Fouling on a balcony, entrance or fire escape is a slip and health hazard, and birds in a loft only settle in further. We clear the mess safely, treat the area, and proof with netting or spikes so the problem stays gone.
Solve My Pigeon ProblemRats or mice in the kitchen, a wasp nest by the back door, bedbugs before guests arrive. Call before midday and a BPCA-certified technician can usually be with you today. We treat the problem, then proof against it coming back, all guaranteed.

Protect My BusinessUsually the same day. Call free on 0800 999 3999 before midday and we can normally have a technician with you today, anywhere in Greater London. Later calls get the earliest slot, typically next morning.
Our phones are answered Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Outside those hours, you can send the quote form: out-of-hours enquiries are called back next working morning and get priority booking for the day’s first appointments.
Keep people and pets away from the problem area, don’t apply DIY poisons or sprays, and note where you’ve seen the pests, droppings or damage. Clear access to the affected area if you can, as it makes the survey and treatment faster.

We cover every London borough from our East London base. Find your area:
Rats or mice: don't put poison down before we arrive. DIY baits placed wrong can scatter rodents into wall voids and make treatment slower. Clear food from counters and floors, seal what you can into containers, and note where you've seen droppings or heard noise, because it shortens the survey.
Wasp nest: don't block the entrance hole and don't spray an established nest. Both make wasps aggressive, and blocking the hole can push them into the house. Keep windows near the flight path shut and keep children and pets clear. More in our guide to spotting and handling a wasp nest.
Bedbugs: don't start moving bedding or furniture to other rooms. That's how infestations spread through a property. Bag laundry where it is, wash at 60°C, and leave the bed in place for inspection.
Cockroaches: photograph what you've seen, since the species changes the treatment. Clean up food debris and standing water, and don't use supermarket foggers. They scatter roaches deeper into cavities.
Flies: don't just spray the ones you can see, because the source keeps producing more. Cover food, empty bins, pour a kettle of boiling water down kitchen and bathroom drains, and note which room has the most activity. It helps us find the breeding site faster.
